Intended Applications
The ES PLUS is being designed for essential loads – not unrestricted whole-home/business back up.
Intended applications include selected combinations of:

• Television and selected home-office electronics.

Compatibility and runtime depend on the equipment connected and the combined load. Measured runtime examples will be published after prototype validation.
Applications Under Evaluation
Selected refrigerators and freezers may be supported, subject to starting-load compatibility and prototype testing. These applications are not yet confirmed.

Solar readiness is included as standard on every ES PLUS.
The ES PLUS is being developed with an integrated MPPT solar charge controller and an external solar input connection, allowing a compatible solar panel package to be added without purchasing a separate solar charge controller.
Solar panels and external solar accessories are not included in the planned base package. Approved panel configurations and connection requirements will be published after validation.
Serviceability and Organized Connections

The ES PLUS is being designed with technician access to its separate battery, inverter and protection components, providing support for inspection and component replacement.
Internal servicing is intended for qualified technicians rather than routine user access.

Can I order an ES PLUS now?
Not yet. ES PLUS is in development. Joining the launch list records your interest; no payment is required and no production slot is reserved.
How long will it run my equipment?
Runtime depends on the connected equipment and combined load. Measured examples will be published after prototype validation.
Do I need solar panels to use it?
No. ES PLUS is being designed to charge from mains electricity as standard. Solar charging is expected to be available through compatible solar panels connected to the integrated solar charge controller, whether supplied as a Kandisi Energy panel package or obtained separately. Approved panel configurations and compatibility guidance will be published after validation.
Can it power my entire home or business?
It is intended for selected essential loads, not unrestricted whole-home or whole-business backup. Compatibility guidance will be published after testing.
When will pricing and availability be confirmed?
The current planned price is KSh 103,124 including VAT. Final pricing and availability will be announced after the relevant development and validation work. Joining the list does not guarantee a delivery date.
